Shipping & Returns For the freshest quality, all our cakes require hand delivery, as they are freshly baked and delicate. We provide door-to-door delivery service within the Dhaka metropolitan area.Please note that all our cakes are made to order, and thus we do not facilitate returns. However, in the event that you receive an incorrect product or the products are deemed unsatisfactory, we will provide refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order of equal value. Decorative elements such as cake toppers (if provided separately) should be stored at room temperature.To ensure maximum flavor and a soft, moist texture, we suggest removing the cake from the refrigerator 60 to 90 minutes in advance (depending on room temperature).
